Freddie Lee BlackburnParis - Freddie Lee Blackburn, 83, of Paris, Illinois, passed away on February 6, 2025 surrounded by his loved ones. Fred was born May 26, 1941 in Winchester, the son of Lloyd and Virginia (Sitton) Blackburn. He was a 1959 graduate of Winchester High School.He lived his life full of love and laughter with his greatest joy being his family. He is survived by his eight children: Lori Blackburn, Leigh Anne Bidwell, Tad Blackburn, Jay Blackburn, Amy Donegan, Kasey Blackburn, Mandy Blackburn and Eva Blackburn Pinwitt. His legacy lives on through his 16 grandchildren and his 22 great-grandchildren. He was also blessed with the love of his long-term partner, Deborah Wamsley, of Paris. He is also survived by his sisters, Donna (Tom) Roberts of Manhattan, Kansas and JoEllen (David) Cherry of Winchester.Fred had an infectious spirit, always quick with a joke and a hardy laugh.
